Refund & Cancellation Policy

Items received are damaged or faulty (must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached)
Wrong items delivered
Items with manufacturing defects (photo proof required)

2. Not Eligible for Refund or Return

Items that have been worn or washed
Items with removed tags or damaged packaging
Clearance or sale items, and intimate wear such as undergarments

3. How to Request a Refund or Exchange

Customers must contact our support team within 3 days after receiving the item. Please include your order number and relevant photos. Our team will guide you through the return process.

4. Refund Processing
